- Presentation of a Town Warrant Article proposing to authorize Surplus funding in the amount of $250,000, to provide interim payment of invoices associated with design costs for the Mill Creek Marsh Restoration, Mill Creek Culvert Replacement, and the Road Sand/Salt Shed projects. These projects have grant sources which reimburse the Town after receipt of paid invoices.
