- NO Select Board meeting 7PM. Fifth Tuesday of the month
- Nomination Papers available for vacant positions: Select Board member, Town Clerk, Road Commissioner, 2 School Board, Charter Commission. Return by January 5th.
January 1, Thursday
- The town office is closed for the holiday. Happy New Year!
January 2, Friday
- Community Event and Potluck / Knitting and Craftingat The Cannery 3 - 5PM
January 5th, Monday
- Return Nomination Papers by 1PM.
- Penobscot Cafe 10AM - 1PM at PUMC (Penobscot United Methodist Church) in conjunction with the South Penobscot Baptist Church

- Fire Department Weekly Meeting 5PM at the Fire Station (Public Meeting and all are invited)
