The town's follow up meeting is today regarding the petition to abandon Toddy Pond Dam by the owner, Bucksport Mill LLC/ American Iron & Metal (AIM).

This pertains to the town of Penobscot because of Toddy Pond’s location within it’s perimeter. The letter from the DEP provided the details and deadline for the owner, Bucksport Mill LLC to come into compliance before they can fully abandon the dam at Toddy Pond.
