A reminder of important information from the Fire Department regarding fire permits and the opportunity to donate blood at Penobscot Day.

Every day between now and the first of September, fire permits can only be gotten from this website.
The fire department will not issue you one until then.
At Penobscot Day on July 12, you can donate blood through the Penobscot Fire Department.
If you have questions about the donation, go to the American Red Cross site.
