For those with questions regarding permitting and water flow at the Mill Creek project, the attached aerial photos provide clarity: The area highlighted in red shows the active water flow. While the checkmark indicates a temporary footbridge for workers, it may give the impression that water flow ends at that point, which is not the case. Water flow is continuous throughout the project area, and all permits strictly prohibit flow stoppage to ensure uninterrupted fish passage at all times.
