ITEM #1. Settlement Agreement between the Town of Penobscot, McB Partnership, and Lori Chase.

  • This Settlement Agreement proposes to satisfy all three parties in terms of land use, access, and ownership by means of Grant of Property Interests associated with the boat landing at Wight’s Pond and adjacent properties on and along Winslow stream. This Settlement Agreement is an alternative solution to the expense, delay, and uncertainty that the pursuit of eminent domain and related litigation would cause.

ITEM #2. The State approved Town of Penobscot plan can be reviewed here at 2024 Comprehensive Plan

ITEM #3. The Town of Penobscot ordinance can be reviewed here at 2024 Aquaculture Ordinance

ITEM #4. A Town Warrant Article proposing to authorize Surplus funding in the amount of $250,000.

  • Presentation of a Town Warrant Article proposing to authorize Surplus funding in the amount of $250,000, to provide interim payment of invoices associated with design costs for the Mill Creek Marsh Restoration, Mill Creek Culvert Replacement, and the Road Sand/Salt Shed projects. These projects have grant sources which reimburse the Town after receipt of paid invoices.
