The latest on the installation and availability of fiber-optic broadband internet in Penobscot is that the Feds are to complete the necessary review any day, release the funds, and the trucks will roll in during the first quarter 2023. That can mean Jan or March start up and no one is saying which town of the four in the project will be the first to start up.
